I've had a good run on this website, 2 top 5 picks, several best of the weeks, around 10,000 downloads or something, 2 Featured Audios (That I know of), and I met a bunch of really cool producers, MCs, artists and singers. I really have enjoyed making music and sharing it with all of y'all, but sadly, it's time for me to move on. There's too much dumb internet drama up on this site, one side beefing against another, diss tracks, people talking nice to your face but acting like an ass behind your back, people steadily blogging about some topic of beef. I'm not here for all that. I just want to get back to what's important: The Music. I'm steadily growing as a producer and as an MC, doing exactly what I want to do with my tracks how I want to do them. I don't claim to be better than anyone else on here, that's subjective. I don't want to seem "Holier than Thou", so please, no one take it that way. I'm just bored with all of the dumb beefing, either side. If you're into that kind of thing, do you, keep doing it. Entertainment is entertainment. I'm just saying that all of that stuff isn't for me.

On some real shit man, I'm feeling like I'm growing as an artist. My beats have stepped up, and I've been writing songs like crazy. I'm not really a cocky dude, or I try not to be, but man I'm loving life at the moment. I been doing little shows here and there, just like two/three songs a piece, and my album should be coming together pretty soon.
I'm seriously thinking about dropping a pre-album mixtape with me and the crew on a few industry beats, just to warm y'all up for the album drop, maybe do one or two more shows at some friend's parties, and get on outta here to Flo-Town. Once I get up there, I'ma be going to Francis-Marion University, and I'll be working in a professional studio, which I will have 24/7 access to (It also includes a Roland Fantom-G, along with my Yamaha Motif XS and their studio mic, compressors, mixing boards, and some sick ass musicians that can help me along the way) so quality will not be a problem for me over the next four years. I'm ready to get this show on the road and stop pussyfooting around with lil websites like this one (not a diss to the people here, most of y'all are cool, but this isn't the best promotional tool around)

Well, the album is now officially in the recording stage. Not just in the "Production" Stage.
And I find it funny that the first song I recorded in the spur of the moment is most likely gonna be a single.

Okay ladies and gentlemen, as you know, my shiny expensive microphone crapped out on me. But I'm expecting a new one to come in soon, which will make my studio more or less complete (Still gotta cop some headphone-monitors and rack mounts I been looking at, but I'm basically finished with it)
Which means two things:
1. Time to grind.
2. Time to shine.
I been ready to unleash a new album on ya'll cats for a long time, and trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Production wise, this album will sound nothing less than professional, and will feature mostly my own beats, but maybe a few others.
RAPPERS- If you want to hop on the album with a 16, get at me. But by supplying your vocals to this album, you are officially agreeing that I can sell the album, with your voice on it, without paying you any royalties. If you lived near me and I could front you the cash, that would be a different story, but I really hate going through the red-tape of internet payments.
PRODUCERS- If you particularly have a beat that you would like me to rap on (Yeah that's you, joey, haha) then throw it at me. If I don't like it, I'm gonna be straight up and tell you I don't wanna hop on it. But I know a lot of you lil NG producers who haven't had much shine yet could use a rapper, and some of ya'll got some serious raw heat.
Also, I really, really, really hate hurting people's feelings if I don't want to collab with them. But I'm gonna lay down a rule here: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HALF DECENT (Fixable Quality) MICROPHONE, DO NOT OFFER YOUR SKILLS FOR THIS ALBUM. I AM SORRY. ALL CAPS. haha

So I think that's it. Get at me on opinions or anything of that nature. I'ma be keeping a list of people who have decided to drop a 16 on the album here.

Also, Big ups to my lil homie DJ Ice for screwing and chopping one of my songs. This kid is like 14 years old and can DJ with the pros. Respect. Peep him.

Now I'm all for the struggling hip-hop artist and all that good shit, errbody gotta make a living and errbody has something to say over a good beat, but I work on my shit pretty damn hard. If I know you and I respect you I might let you hop on or some shit and get a free lease or something, but otherwise, I don't do freebies.
$50 a lease, (you can sell up to 2000 copies, and use it for your myspace, NG, shows, etc.)
$200-$300 Non-exclusive rights (Sell up to 10000 copies, can be used for myspace, NG, shows)

So yeah, Youtube made my audio go out of sync from my song, even though I had that shit perfect on media player. So don't hate on that. or the fact that I'm a dumbass at explaining shit. Or the fact that Yun's video was 40 times better than mine.

Well, I've finally (*Almost*) Figured out how to use my Motif in combination with Cubase AI4. It's a lot more complex than Fruity Loops or Reason, but it's not too bad. MAKING the beats is the easy part. Mixing and Mastering...eh.......
If anybody is really good with Cubase hit me up.
